Return/Exchange Policy
You may return any merchandise purchased at Montzer Movies within 14 days of purchase provided that the return meets the guidelines described below.  Please make sure you have your order number and name included in the return for quicker processing.

Return guidelines:

• DVD must be returned within 14 days of the sale date, and (except where prohibited by law) are subject to a 15% restocking fee if returned opened or in a non-factory sealed box.
• There is no restocking fee for defective products returned in exchange for the exact same product.  Simply inform us of the defective disc (season and disc number) and we will replace them free of charge!
• There is no restocking fee for DVD set returned to us unopened (within the 14 days).  Please note again shipping fees are not refundable if you want a refund rather than an exchange.
• You will be responsible for all shipping and insurance charges for returns, unless otherwise indicated.  If you choose not to insure your package, and we do not accept return of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage.
• Opened DVDs may be exchanged for the same title only.

As mentioned, we offer free exchange for any defective DVD discs.  Please first confirm that the DVD is in fact defective (check that you have used the menus on your DVD player to change languages, remove subtitles etc.  A DVD is NOT considered defective if it works in our DVD players and the customer simply didn't know how to use their own DVD player to remove subtitles or change languages!)  Please ship back the defective disc to us at the address below.  Once we check the disk and confirm it is defective, we will send you a replacement for free.  We don't reimbursement the shipping cost, please ship the defective disc(s) to us at your cost.

Follow these directions to return defective discs:

• Include the discs  or boxsets and your order number and name along with your address.
• If the product was not damaged, defective or the wrong item was shipped, you are responsible for all shipping charges in addition to the restocking fees.  If the DVD set was free shipping when you order, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
• Please allow 10 business days for processing your refund.  10 business days should be counted from after the first day we receive your return.  Any attempt of charge back without first return the merchandise back to us, or any charge back before the required 10 business days processing time will occur a $25 fee.  This is a fee from the charge back process charged to us.  Please give enough time for processing the refund.
• Please do not return items COD.  Any charges incurred by us for COD shipments will be subtracted from the amount of the returned item.   You will be returned the difference.  If the COD cost exceeds the value of the returned product, the payment method used for the original purchase will be charged for the remaining balance.

By purchasing from our web store http://www.montzermovies.com, you agree to our policy, and agree to abide by them.  Our terms are binding, and any situations that should arise will be governed by them.  Under no circumstance should you initiate a charge back without first returning the merchandise.  Any charge back without first returning, or any attempt of coping our DVD set then return, or any order using a stolen payment methods are treated as fraudulent.  We will vigorously dispute any attempt of such fraudulent and theft of our merchandise and our service.  We will contact your local police/local authority and pursue to the full extent of the law.
