Shipping and Handling Fees:  All orders are special orders being placed to everyone.  We do not for any reason refund shipping and handling fees, in the event you refuse delivery or seek a refund for any reason.  Also keep in mind the extremely low price you pay for our items.

Shipping Time:  All packages will take between 1-3 weeks for delivery.  This is because we can not control how long a package is processed.  You save a lot of money purchasing from our site. 

Delivery:  All DVDs will be shipped by USPS and will require a signature upon receipt.  All packages require a signature because we require proof of delivery.

If you are not at home when the delivery is attempted by the United States Postal Service:  A notice will be left by them instructing you to sign the notice and put it back in your mail box and they will attempt to deliver again.  Also you can pick up your package at your local post office or you can sign the delivery slip giving them permission to leave it at your home.  Be warned if you do so you will be assuming responsibility that no one will steal your package  you will not be able to come back to us later and request a refund due to failure to deliver.  If the item is returned to us because you refuse delivery or do not fill out the notices left by the Postal Service and the package is shipped back to our supplier and they will have to pay postage to receive it.  That means you will loose your shipping fee and this will be deducted from our total order per item that our supplier has to pay so you would loose $50.00.

We do not refund shipping and handling costs:  In the event that you want to return an ordered item to us for credit we do not refund shipping and handling fees for any reason.  We replace all defective items for free.  You pay postage to get the item to us and we pay postage to ship the replacement item to you.
